At IDLYZ, every order is made specifically for you. This made-to-order approach helps reduce waste while ensuring every garment meets our quality standards before it leaves our fulfillment partner.
Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received.
As all products are made to order, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched.
During product launches, sales, holidays or periods of high demand, production times may be slightly longer.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 business days
Rest of the World: 7–20 business days
Please note these delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
• Delivery destination
• Number of items ordered
• Shipping method selected
Your final shipping cost will always be shown before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please ensure your order includes:

• Apartment or unit number (if applicable)

• County, state or province (where applicable)

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information may result in:

IDLYZ cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer.
Changing Your Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Changes can only be made before production or shipping has begun.
Once an order enters production or has been dispatched, we may be unable to make any changes.
If an address change results in additional shipping costs, these must be paid before the order is updated.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local fees.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
IDLYZ is not responsible for customs charges or import fees.
Delivery Delays
While we work hard to ensure prompt delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
• Customs inspections
• Severe weather
• Courier delays
• Public holidays
• High order volumes
• Other unforeseen events
Estimated delivery times should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help reach a resolution as quickly as possible.
